My Green Smoothie Recipe

I found a green smoothie powder that I like, and I tend to make this smoothie every morning so I can get my greens for the day.  I have found that I eat less greens, but I make up for it with this green smoothie.  It has around 18 different greens in the powder.  This is easy and quick to make and tasty.  

 scoops of plant protein (you can use whatever protein you like)

2 tsp of the green smoothie

8 to 16 oz of plant-based milk (you can use any milk)

3 pitted dates

Add-ins:

1/2 of tsp Maca 

1/2 of tsp Ashwagandha

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and add to a mason jar, glass or whatever you prefer to drink out of.  This is the easiest way to incorporate greens into your diet. Enjoy!
